Lease management

ikon-hyresforvaltningOur lease management offers property owners all of the administration surrounding rent and fees, contracts and assignments. We continuously update the registers for buildings, apartments and members.

The Tenant Services Department handles everything dealing with printouts, administration, and mail-outs of payment slips. Monitoring of payments, mail outs of reminders and collection. We administer lease agreements, assignments and pledges.

Our Tenant Services Department has three areas:

Payment matters:
Fees and rent payment slips, reminders and collection.

Tenant matters:
Tenant leased apartments, commercial premises, garage and parking spaces.

Condominium matters:
Conveyancing, pledging and tax statements.

Tax statements

For condominium associations, we administer and calculate the annual tax statements. For 2008, we are only sending out tax statements for conveyances carried out during the year (sales). Tax statements for wealth tax are no longer required.
We forward all of the members’ tax statements to the tax authorities not later than 31 January of each year.
