Building & Construction

In 1999, we started up our Building & Construction department. We did this in order to be able to fulfill our goal of being the property owner’s turnkey partner. We also know how difficult it can be to quickly retain skilled workmen.

In addition to performing property management work at the request of the property owner, we also work directly for condominium owners and lease tenants.

Through our experienced workers, we offer painting, carpentry, water and sewerage and electrical work carried out by our own staff personnel.

In conjunction with major renovations and extensions, through our technical property management, we have built-up a network of many different experienced subcontractors. All of these subcontractors have undergone thorough background checks for your safety and security.
