Tenant services management

1. Autogiro application
Please make note of our cutoff times for autogiro.
An approved autogiro application is only submitted for a full payment quarter. In order for your fee or rent to be drawn prior to the next quarter, your application must be received by us not later than the following dates:
15 November, for quarter 1 (January – March)
15 February, for quarter 2 (April-June)
15 May, for quarter 3 (July-September)
15 August, for quarter 4 (October-December)
Approval for autogiro notice is set forth on your payment slip. The specification states the text "amount withdrawn via autogiro" and the text "canceled" is printed in the amount field at the bottom of the payment slip.
