About us
T & T Förvaltnings AB has its roots dating back to the real estate brokerage firm, Thorsson & Toll, in the 1920s. They began to offer their customers property management starting in the 1950s.
In 1993, Matz Eklund and Nils Bengtsberg took over the property management. We currently manage approximately 1,000,000 m² of space, of which 80% consists of residential property. The remainder comprises management of commercial premises, parking garages, and almost 7,000 parking spaces.
Our customers include, among others, real estate companies, condominium associations, municipalities, foundations, and private individuals, i.e. all of the various types of property owners. Large as well as small.
