Web portal for your rent and fee payments.

Through our web portal, you have access to your current rent or fee balance, OCR number, and your previous payments. However, in order to be able to login, you must have already moved in and you must be the recipient of a payment slip.

Login for "registered users"

1. Select-> To Login!
2. State your username and password.

Registration for "new users"

In order to register you as a new user, you must do the following:
1. Click-> To Login!
2. Select New User.
3. Fill in your personal identification number - payment slip number or invoice number (you can choose any of the four most recent numbers, they are set forth on your payment slip) and select Next.
4. Fill in the telephone number and e-mail address and a password (at least four characters).
6. Click on the box for e-mail.
7. Select Save Settings.
8. Look in your in basket now. Within a few seconds, you will receive an e-mail message with your username and password.
9. You are now registered and can login. Welcome to our web portal!

Please note!

Due to the security warning which pops up when you click To login!, The following applies:
we use a private certificate for encryption of communications between your computer and our web server. The purpose of this certificate is to protect your information by encrypting your connection to our server. 

Click on "go to this website”, and you'll come to our login page. Please check that the search path in your web browser’s address field is correct. It should be: https://baltzar.ttf.se:9898/3LWebportal/Login.aspx
