Financial management

Our Financial Management is responsible, among other things, for day-to-day bookkeeping, payment of supplier invoices, tax and VAT payments, quarterly and monthly reporting, year-end accounts and tax returns, i.e. a full-service accounting department with overall responsibility.

Upon request, we can participate at Board of Directors meetings and annual general meetings. Our financial management is also your financial advisor.

Web portal

With our web portal, you as a customer have access to your financial management. Through a simple and secure login, you can download reports of various types, for example balance sheets and income statements, vouchers, ledgers, and accounts receivable and payable. The web portal is available 24/7 from any computer with an Internet connection. We update the information several times a day.

Electronic attestation of invoices

With our electronic attestation of invoices, it’s a simple matter to attest supplier invoices. When an invoice is to be attested, you receive an e-mail describing which invoices are to be attested. Through simple and secure login, the invoice is attested digitally. This simplifies your attestation routines and you can attest invoices wherever you are. Quickly, simply, and easily.
